Information Center

Go to Mageplaza Product Feed > Information Center, the screen will then display additional information and features such as application update history, development roadmap and query features, and sending feedback about app features in the Mageplaza Google Shopping Feed app user community.

  • Release notes: Display the history of app development feature updates from most recent to older.

  • Road map: Display 2 cards from top to bottom showing new features/feature improvements that the development team is working on and will release in the near future.

  • Feature request:

    • Click the Request feature button in the top right corner of the screen to display the window, then enter Title (optional: enter Your content), and select Submit to send your comments about the features on the app to the CRM management system.
    • At this time, the screen will display a success message, select the Cancel icon or the Got it button to close the window and automatically redirect to the original Feature request section.
    • When your request is approved, the support team will contact you via email to thank you and notify the status of the request you sent.

  • Information search:

You can search by keyword, filter, sort and view results.

  • Search:

    • As you enter each character (case insensitive), a spinning icon is displayed indicating that the system is processing the request and displaying the corresponding search results.
    • If there are no results, the message "No requests found" is displayed.

  • Filter:

    • A list of submitted and approved request statuses is displayed including: All (Default), Under Review, Completed, In Progress, Planned.
    • Color: Each value corresponds to a different color.

  • Sort: A list of sorted values ​​and the meaning of each value below

    • Most votes: Sort by the number of votes in descending order. (Default)
    • Least votes: Sort by the number of votes in ascending order.
    • Latest suggestions: Sort by the creation time in descending order (ie, display the newest feature first).
    • Oldest suggestion: Sort by the creation time in ascending order (ie, display the oldest feature first).

The default grid displays the 5 most voted feedbacks (in descending order from top to bottom)

Information displayed for each feedback from the app's user community includes:

  • Your title (required).
  • Status badge (Under Review, Completed, In Progress, Planned).
  • Suggested username.
  • Your content (optional), only displays a maximum of 2 lines and you select the "See more" button to display it fully.
